Shipping and Orders

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of placing and processing the payment for your order, excluding weekends and holidays. In case of delays due to product unavailability, we will email you with the expected shipping date. US orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days, while international shipping times vary. Refer to the shipping page for details. Please understand that once your order leaves our facility, we can’t ensure precise arrival times due to potential delays beyond our control. Tracking information may take a few days to update.

How do I change my shipping address?

Shipping address changes can be made only while the order is still processing. Once an order has been approved for shipping, modifications are no longer possible. You can check the status of your order at any time under the “Orders” tab.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or reshipments for orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders are processed based on the details entered in the order form. In such cases, you may qualify for a one-time 30% discount on future purchases.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information sent to the email address provided on your order form. Be sure to check your inbox, as well as your spam or junk folders. To track your shipment, simply click the link included in the email. Do you ship to my country?

Please be aware of potential shipping restrictions and fees that may apply due to local import regulations. It’s important to familiarize yourself with the import rules, procedures, and charges specific to your location.

We strongly advise verifying your country’s import requirements before placing an order. Additionally, take a moment to review our Shipping Policy and Terms and Conditions to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.

Will my items come in one package?

Depending on your selection of products you may receive multiple parcels. If there are multiple you will receive multiple tracking numbers. 

You may login to your Cutting Edge account to track your order. 

If you order is received incomplete, contact us right away with a photo of the items. We’ll verify if you are receiving multiple parcels. 

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Returns are only accepted in special cases:

– Damaged or incorrect items.

All sales are final. Returns/refunds will not be issued for any other reason. We strongly recommend thoroughly reviewing your order and ensuring you are happy with your selection prior to ordering.

My order arrived damaged/wrong items

To address the issue, kindly email us at Maxperformanceforyou@gmail.com with the following information:

  • A clear photo of the item/s you received, highlighting the problem.
  • A photo of the packaging displaying the tracking number.
  • If the issue applies to multiple shipments (more than 1 package), please send separate photos for each, as instructed.

Notifying us about any order issues within 7 days from the delivery date is essential. Beyond this timeframe, we won’t be able to work toward a solution with you.

Where should I mail my authorized return?

After return approval you will receive detailed instructions via email. 

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

We strongly recommend reviewing all the information entered on your order form before finalizing and submitting it. You can also easily check your order details and status anytime by visiting the Orders tab in your customer dashboard.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us promptly at Maxperformanceforyou@gmail.com. Please note, adjustments can only be made while the order is still processing. Once the order is marked for shipping, no changes can be made.

To cancel an order with a pending payment, simply log into your Cutting Edge account and navigate to the Orders tab. For orders with confirmed payments, a cancellation request will be treated as a refund, and additional details can be found in our Refunds section.

Refunds and chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated by a credit card issuer are taken very seriously. As part of our commitment to preventing fraud, any chargeback will result in the customer being added to our no-sell list. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

IN WHAT FORM ARE YOUR PEPTIDES SUPPLIED?

The peptides provided are in lyophilized powder form to ensure stability during transit, as alternative forms are prone to rapid degradation. Please note that bacteriostatic water for reconstitution is not included and must be purchased separately.

STORAGE AND HANDLING
Lyophilized peptides remain stable at room temperature for several days to weeks when stored in their original packaging. For long-term storage, it’s best to keep them at 4°C or lower, or frozen at -20°C. Ensure that peptides are kept shielded from light to maintain their stability.

When removing peptides from the freezer, allow the vials to reach room temperature before opening. This prevents atmospheric moisture from condensing on the peptide, which is crucial, as peptides are sensitive to moisture and can easily absorb it. To avoid deterioration or the formation of crystals, we recommend aliquoting peptides according to your experimental needs. Limiting freeze-thaw cycles and minimizing vial openings will help preserve peptide integrity.
